Did a few races at the R1 track on the lower level and stopped by the restaurant upstairs for a quick lunch.
After seeing the open kitchen layout with the brick oven I decided to try the cheese pizza. It was a very delicious thin crusted pizza that really hit the spot.
The craft beer selection wasn't so great, but it is a sports bar so I wasn't expecting much for craft.
The service at the bar was great. I didn't catch her name, but the bartender with the Maroon hair and tattoos was excellent. -

The food was horrible and the service was just as bad the cook compared there pizza to the pizza you get at Cumberland Farm's. Well I can say Cumbys pizza is 100% better. I dont reccomend this place e to anyone.

Yeah, bar tenders are not a happy crew, makes it uncomfortable to feel welcome.
Won't be back. Cheer up ladies, smile and make some money. Work can suck but your in a service industry, at least fake it. -

The fam and I came down here for dinner tonight. When we walked in there was a table of three and a handful of people at the bar. A quiet night to say the least. Not the norm for college night, which they offer a discount on Thursdays with an ID. We tried a ton of different items. Our server was polite a bit soft spoken, the kind that gives you the Aw, he's new feeling. The wings were tasty, not too spicy. The onion rings were crunchy, could use a nice horseradish dipping sauce if you asked me. I ordered the La Pit Stop burger, topped with prosciutto, Brie cheese and red onion marmalade. It was cooked to temp with crispy prosciutto. My husband and brother-in-law ordered the meatloaf. Both said it was dry and very small portioned. We informed the server and he gave us a look that indicated he'd heard this comment before but said he would relay the message to the chef. My mother-in-law enjoyed the chicken noodle soup but found the cheese pizza to fall flat. Literally, not fluffy as the pictures on the website indicated. They showcase a beautul brick oven so the world is their oyster. My sister-in-law loved her pulled pork sliders as well as the cheese curds. We hope with the little bit of suggestions given they'll be able to correct these small shortcomings. I can see this being a really cool place once they're on their feet.
My favorite aspect of this restaurant is its locally sourced items on the menu. Their desserts are from everyone's favorite Duck and Bunny, meats are from Schweid & Son (brisket, chuck and short rib blend), and Buffoni Farms chicken.
They offer 4 lanes of bowling, two dart boards and two billiard tables in addition to the R1 track located on the lower level. Very entertaining watching the races below. If that doesn't suit you there are plenty of tvs. -

I have to admit we had an awesome time at Fuel! We had a few buckets of beers, played pool and darts and watched go carts and bowling. And guess what? The food was really really good...
